How To Do Soft Membrane Tuning

1. Take a peice of thin cloth or paper towel, place it on top of the actuators' feet.

2. Now attach your resonator on top, the membrane will reduce the recoil energy.

How Does It Work?

• By placing a soft barrier in between the actuator and resonantor you cause the actuator to lose energy every strike

• This reduces the out-of-tune rattling noise by reducing the recoil energy from the resonator
